So I spent an hour on the phone with Harmony support getting the bugs worked out of my remote but we were unable to get all the bugs worked out of Zwave control.

I am able to set a scene to turn on with an activity however once the activity is changed it does not turn off my lights. Does anyone know how to adjust this?

Thx!

Had the same problem. Spent way more than an hour getting passed on to successive tech people before finally being told, Don't Know. Good luck.

You can only associate a Scene with the start of an activity - not with leaving an activity.

I only want my room lights off when watching a DVD or BD. I thus call up an All Lights Off scene when I select the activity "Watch DVD/BD" All other activities call up a scene for All Lights On. Best I can do.

The thing that gets me... If I hit "all off" on the remote, should it call for all devices including the Z-wave to power off?

There has to be something in addition I can change for this.

Also, can you add a z-wave scene to your front activities panel or do you have to create a faux activity, associate with the scene in order for this to work?

Thx!

My work around for this was:

Create an activity I call "Good Night". Since you have to have a component in the activity I set it up to turn on only my Wii. Since the Wii is blue tooth it turns all other components off and does nothing to the Wii.

Now I added a scene of "all lights off", which as you guess turns all the lights and my cabinet fan off.

You just have to train yourself to hit "Good Night" activity instead of the off button. However if my 6 year old can do it anyone should be able to.

Perfect! I'll set my activity for my airport express which has no user control. Thx for the great feedback :)
