Hi,
I have recently received my IR2BT and it is easy to use apart from setting up the Power setting for the PS3 (the reason I bought it over its competitors...)
I have tried my hardest to find the solution on the web and the IR2BT forum etc but there is no definitive answer clearly stated as to the current req set-up.
I am using the latest PS3 firmware/software (2.52) and my IR2BT has a serial number greater than 1400.
Can you PLEASE give me guide or a link to the exact settings I should use with my Logitech Harmony 880 to make sure the PS3 powers down whatever it may be doing...
Thanks very much,
Jon.

When you added the device to your account did you add it as a model "PS3" or did you enter the model "IR2BT". You need to add a game console and use the model number "IR2BT". The default power settings should be correct.

And you should be able to test it by going into device mode and sending the power on and off commands.
