Ok. I did some searching for this on this forum, and I was unable to find a solution. I have a Toshiba Regza 32RV530U, a Dish Network 522DVR, and a DVP5990 Philips DVD player, I am having trouble turning on my TV. I watch OTA HD television, I watch Dish Network over an S-Video cable (Video 1 as it is on my TV), and the DVD player is on HDMI 1. I setup all of the devices through the installed Logitech Software, but it doesn’t turn on the television. I am able to change channels and work most of the controls, but I am unable to get it to turn on the TV. I think I might have the issue with the Dish network remote (Version 6.0). I don’t know what the red power button represents on the Harmony. As in, I know that the red button turns the tv on and off, yet if I press the “TV” red button, it turns the TV input off. Maybe this is an issue with inputs, who knows. Please help!

I think some of us could help you, but you need to re-state your problem in a clearer manner. There is likely no need to discuss the two red buttons on your E* OEM remote.
