I have two Harmonys doing the same thing with two different TV's. Everything works fine except when I select an activity at power on that has to change TV inputs from when I last shut them off. If the TV is on and I do the activities they work fine, it's like it's sending the change input commands before the TV is ready. I know it's has to be one of the delay settings on my TV Device settings but not sure which. Thought I would ask the experts before I go making changes.

It's the Power On delay. This is the delay between the time the TV is powered on and it's ready to accept commands. Do a search and there is a post that explains these in detail.
