Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering, how many favourite channels can we program to the 880? I see there are 8 on one page, is that it? or can we add more?

Thanks

The 880 supports 8 per page and 2 pages so 16 favourite channels all together. There is no way to add more than 16.

Note: The 880 supports 16 favourite channels per "Watch TV" type activity. So if you need more than 16, then just add more "Watch TV" type activities.

related question - when i use the fav channels via media it seems to take a long time to input the channel numbers - what settings would i tweak to adjust this? and would that affect other commands??

Decrease the device "Inter-key" Delay under Device > Settings > Adjust the delays (speed settings). Also check the "How do you select channels with your original remote?" setup under Device > Settings > Re-do setup for this device (or Advanced setup...)". It has 4 options. Make sure the correct one is selected.

thanks - my inter-key was already at 100 and you can't go lower - i checked my changing channel bit too and added an 'enter' but it's more the channel input when successive numbers are given. just seems awfully long - longer than if i input manually at least!

Also try decreasing the Inter-Device Delay (make it the same value as the Inter-key Delay).

That shouldn't have worked, but good to know it did!

It worked because the stupid "criss-crossed" and/or "added together" delay bug(s) is/are still present.
