I have had an 880 for 2+ years and a 520 for a year or so. I've had no issues programming either of them.

I just picked up a 620 from Costco. Setting it up was just like the others except this is the first remote I've had with the specialized buttons for watching a movie/tv/music.

Via the desktop software I have assigned each to their appropriate activity. The problem is that they will not update on the remote. The software shows what I want but the remote does not. If I choose the activity via the More Activities menu they work fine but from the buttons the wrong activities are fired.

I have tried updating the firmware and updating it and it does not help. I have added a new activity, assgined it to Listen to Music and a differnet activity is fired (always the same one). It is like the remote software internally is stuck.

Suggestions?

I believe there was a bug in the recent software release that sounded similar.

Yes, the 600 series are still having problems, so you'd best contact Logitech support for assistance.
