1) Have you "married" your RF extender to your remote?

2) Have you assigned your various devices to be controlled by the RF Extender rather than your remote? When you say it works with RF Remote it strongly suggests that you have all of your devices assigned to be controlled by the remote instead of the 1000.

3) If all is OK above, have you selected all of your devices to be controlled by the RF Extender's Blaster? If you have assigned anything to a port on the RF extender, have you attached the emitter(s) properly and plugged that cable into the correct port?

Best of luck.

I married it as far as I know I renamed the RF extender and then Hooked it to USB then I updated the remote and the RF . I tried to assign ie cd dvd to number 1 preamp to number 2 the TV and cable box to 3 .... Is there a certain way to attach the little red things on my devices , I just stuck them on with the twofaced tape that came with them ,but I did not use the big white things that the red things go into . I did not use the RF blaster I just assigned them to RF number 1 2 3 . not the RF blaster could this be a problem , Or not attaching the red deals to the components properly .......TY for any advice
