I've been using this particular unit flawlessly for the past 15 months.

I needed to do some mods a couple of days ago..noted that firmware and app software updated...successfully. I made some mods on the LCD screen in my DirecTV activity. Subsequently, all hell broke lose. When I finished the update, I discovered that 'most' of the custom entries on the screen in the aforementioned activity were now missing (Also included were several Sequence activities which worked pefectly until this episode)

What's going on....?

Resolved: Finally spent an hour on the phone Friday with a Tier 2 C/S rep. in Toronto, Canada. She was puzzled...witnessed the same phenomena...we re-created a NEW activity with all the same combination of sequences, odd-ball custom entries, etc. Problem SOLVED..KUDOS to Logitech support....

So what was the solution? Just re-programming the device fixed it?

not a total reprogramming....but as stated....the C/S technician re-created the activity (with a different 'name'); this new activity 'stuck',,,I subsequently deleted my original activity. All is well so far !
