My A/V switch needs a continuous 2 second press of the REC button to put it into record mode. In this mode, I can select one of the 6 inputs to go to one of the 2 record outputs. I had thought of playing with the intervals & repeats, but the UP and DOWN buttons (needed in record mode) cycle with long presses.

I need to be able to get the switch into a set record state going into an activity & reset back to where it was on exit.

How can I get a 2 second continuous signal out of just one button on entry and exit of an activity?

This problem isn't at all clear, but you can get Logi support to add a "duration" to a command.
