I can't get my Harmony One to turn on the AV Receiver. The original remote is labeled RM-PP412.

I have tried the automatic setup, the learned setup, and the RAW setup.

No luck. Any ideas?

never mind, something was wrong with the original remote. Fortunately, I had synced it with another universal remote several years ago, so I just copied those settings manually to the new Harmony One and it works now.

Are you saying that the power on, power off, and power toggle commands in the Harmony database don't work?
If that is the case you would be helping future users if you informed Logitech support.
