A client has encountered a sitution with his Harmony 1000.. The remote sends an ir with out human action.. It sends a volume blasting up or changes the channel... What do you think it could be....No gost replies please.....

Try posting in the CI Lounge with the other pros. I'm sure someone there could direct you to the best possible solution.

Just a thought - I know you said no human action, but is this perchance happening immediately AFTER they have pressed the volume up command? The Harmony's are buggers for delaying and sustaining repeat commands (such as volume up), and can continue for several seconds after the button in question is released.
