My Harmony 890 seems to have a mind of its own lately. When I use the guide part of the remote for the directv guide, the highlighted area for the program listed starts moving around on its own. When I exit the guide, it still is moving around as the led light flashes. When the remote is disabled this stops. The guy at Best Buy suggested reprograming the remote via the internet but I am not sure if that will solve the problem.

This can also be caused by a stuck button or a software bug.
