I had a quick question regarding how the Harmony 890 Remote handles a situation with 2 RF extenders. Basically what I want is to put an RF extender in one room and another RF extender in another room and then control each room using only 1 890 remote. The only problem with this is that each room has the same devices in it so what I don't want to do is to send the commands to each one. So does the remote just send it to all RF extenders, or can you tell it which specific extender you want?
Thanks.

I know that you can address components individually on one extender, so having 2 identical components on one extender is definitely ok. I would assume the same capability would extend (pun intended) to 2 extenders. Call support if you want a definitive answer. I doubt there are many people out there using 2 extenders right now.

You can assign the 890 up to 6 different RF extenders, and all are individually addressed. You will have to assign each device to it's given RF extender and the port, meaning that you will have to add your devices two times.

use an 890 pro and you can assign different rooms otherwise devices can be renamed such as tv1 and tv2 with each one assigned the proper port on the right extender.
