I have a Harmony One remote, and I'm trying to get it to work properly with my TiVo Series 3. For some reason, the top TiVo Button won't work. Here are the steps I've tried:

1. Setup TiVo Device (no TiVo button present)
2. Learn the Top TiVo Button (remote to remote). The TiVo button shows up on the LCD, but when pressed, nothing happens.
3. Set the Menu button to be TiVo. Nothing happens when pressed.

My goal is not only to have the TiVo button present on the LCD, but to program the MENU button to work as the Top TiVo button as well.

Suggestions?

Use device mode to trouble shoot.
Go into device mode and see if the learned command works.
This will get you headed in the right direction.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. I've gone into Device mode, and re-learned the TiVo command as raw. In the Activities mode, I've confirmed that the TiVo button is mapped to the LCD and the Menu Button. (I've also tried just one or the other, and that doesn't work either.)

Any other suggestions?

Try the learned command from the Device mode to see if it's the command that's not working or if it's something in the activity itself or the button mapping.

You could also try deleting and adding the Tivo device again.

So I called Logitech Support, and after being transfered to 2nd level support, they were able to install a remote code that worked great.

I asked, and it seems this has been a popular question to technical support, and they have the "correct code" available to program your remote with.
