I setup my new One remote this weekend. Everything was seeming to work fine, but now I'm having a issue with it. It wont' power on the TV. If I go to Device and PowerOn it won't work either. During my testing it seemed to work once but now it doesn't seem to work at all. It will power it down just fine. Any ideas?

This TV doesn't appear in the database - what did you set it up as?

The Model Number is probably "WD-65731". Check the behaviour of all 3 power commands (PowerOn, PowerOff, PowerToggle) in device mode. Send each power command at least twice to verify its action (discrete or toggle). Then reconfigure the device adjust power settings accordingly. If the discrete PowerOn command does not work, then you could teach it from the OEM remote, but only if it has a discrete PowerOn button (which I doubt).

If the PowerToggle commands works, then you can select the toggle method in the adjust power settings (One button on the remote for turning it both On and Off).

If the discrete PowerOn command does not work, but the discrete PowerOff and the PowerToggle commands do work, then you can select the discrete method in the adjust power settings (A button on the remote for On, and a different button for Off). For the power on function, select the "PowerOff" command followed by the "PowerToggle" command by selecting the option "My device needs more than one command to turn it on and off". Then for the power off function simply select the "PowerOff" command.
