Hi, I've just added a new device (Apple TV) to my Harmony 885. Created a new activity and was updating the remote when I received the above error message.
I already have 4.0 installed on the 885, but thought I'd upgrade anyway, so I did, but I still get this message every time, so I'm unabl to update the remote.
Has anyone else seen this problem?

Well, solved it by upgrading the PC software, then updating the handset firmware.
