I purchased the Harmony One, and just love it!
The only thing that I am not finding is a mute button. Would anyone be familiar with this?

You can set up any button to carry out any command.
Below and to the left of the joystick OK buttons, the button showing a speaker with a line through it should already be set up as the mute.
