I have a quick question. I have the Harmony 880 setup to control all my equipment. But one problem I'm having is that whenever I switch activities it takes forever for the remote to change the TV input. Like if press "Watch TV" it turns on the TV, Receiver, Dish network, and DVD/VCR but then the remote just sits there for like 7 seconds and then the TV switches to Component 1. Now if I switch activities while everything is on it does the same thing switching inputs. Anyone have a fix for this? I think there is some Delay thing that can be changed but I'm not sure which one to change. Does anyone have better settings they can give me?

Thanks

Did you try "Adjust Delays" under the TV device? It's usually the power-on delay but that should only happen when the TV turns on the first time.

I have that TV... and the same issue. Problem is the Samsung. It takes exceptionally long to switch b/w inputs. I've tried to adjust this but no luck. I think it has something to do w/ it being a rear-projection DLP.

I had another Samsung DLP as well and was able to fix it with that one but I don't remember what I did.
