Does anyone know how to customize the activity button icons? I've had to set up a custom activity for my auxiliary port (so we can plug in our MP3 players, computers, or whatever to the receiver), but it's got the generic "custom activity" icon. For that matter, I'd like to change some of the other activity icons too :P

I read somewhere that someone managed to pull a .hcu file and edit it, and the button images were just standard PNG files. Does anyone know whether this is the case, and if so, how I can do it?

UPDATE: I found that apparently the One uses a ".EZHex" file instead; this file is just XML, really a stub of sorts, and points to a remote URL along with a UserId value to send as POST data. Unfortunately I'm too lazy right now to try and contact the server with the proper POST data (strangely missing my Firefox plugin that makes POST injection easy), and it seems to ignore the value when sent as a GET request. Any thoughts?
