Help! Trying to get dh's remote set up before he gets home from work. Trying to initially charge the 890 in its base station. When I drop it in, it begins to charge, but within a couple of minutes, it stops charging (and only shows it's 2 of 3 bars charged). What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!

The 890 is based on the 880 design. It's probably loosing contact with its charging cradle due to the poor contact design. Wiggle it a bit. Also see these threads as you are not alone with this charging problem: [Link: remotecentral.com][Link: remotecentral.com][Link: remotecentral.com]
