I would like to move some of the seldom used functions to these pages for the LCD screen. Some functions come from the TV and some from the DVR. The Picture page only lets me select the TV, not the DVR for commands. The sound page doesn't let me select anything.
How can I get both the DVR and the TV on both pages?

Teach the commands you want for the DVR to the TV device - then they'll be available under the Picture button.

Regarding the Sound button.
What are you using to control the sound?
When I use the "Kids activity" which controls sound out of the TV that buttons provides a toggle in the LCD for the TV's sound options.
However when we "Watch TV + RVR" which of course controls sound through the receiver pushing the sound buttons provides commands for the receiver. And I have gone in and made changes to it as some buttons did nothing.
