When I first set up my remote last week the controls that appeared for using my Sky HD box worked fine. On both the controls and numbers page the colour buttons on the left of the screen worked perfectly.

However, over the week I had to make a few changes to my setup and customer support made a few for me as well so I had to update the remote a few times. Now for some reason the colour buttons do not work and we have to go into another screen to get the colours. The buttons are still there but they are greyed out.

I contacted support and was told that this is known and they are looking at it. You would think they could just restore the setup from before the problem started.

Anyway, it is a bit of a pain because with Sky you actually use the colours a good bit.

Anyone found a solution for this.

Hi
It is the process of adding or re-arranging additional buttons to an activity that blocks the colour buttons. I reset the activity and just added additional/re-arranged buttons on the specific devices. By the way have you worked out what's the equivalent to the "SKY" button on the original remote?

Thanks for that. Will try it tonight.

Never actually noticed the Sky button wasn't there. However I havn't missed it either so obviously there isn't much use for it in normal day to day control.

Perhaps you could add a new button in the device and set the "previous" button or sonmething to be that.
