Can the Harmony One be programed to reduce volume 2-3 levels with one click?
Commercials on our Comcast are MUCH louder than programs.

I have done it. Mine is one button push for 5 volume levels. One for up and one for down. I hate the way commercials are so much lauder then the shows. Also for some reason the Wii volume is higher than normal TV.
What you need to do is create a Sequence. From the web page go into Customize for that Activity. Select Change the behavior of buttons. Then click on Add Sequence. I add them to the LCD screen so I can label the buttons. But I have also created a Sequence with it triple fast forward for my PVR.
Note: I have noticed that the multi key sequences don't always work. For example my 5 volume up will only do 3 or 4. But it's close enough for me.

Hplbiking, try increasing the inter-key and/or the inter-device delay. In theory, it should invoke the inter-key delay when sending a sequence to the same device, but I don't know if this is implemented correctly in the software.

If I increase the inter-key delay for my Sequence of 5 volume control won't that slow down key response for everything else in that device?
My concern is/was (light bulb just went off) that by slowing down the volume when I change channels by hitting "0", "7", "0", "6", that each would take longer. Or it would miss one of the buttons I pushed.
Oh, wait, (light bulb part) the volume control is for my receiver and the channel change is for my PVR.
BUT, I also have a sequence for simple record that is: record button + A, both part of the PVR. When I tried this it did not work as I think the second command was too fast. My work around was to add two additional "A"s. I suppose to do it correctly I could have increased the inter-key delay.
Still not completely knowledgable with the inter-device and inter-key options. May need to play around some more.
