I have owned my 880 for quite awhile, had no problems with it until I received my new projector, the Mitsubishi HC1500. I have re-learned commands, changed the delay time, everything, but it refuses to work. It will accept infra-red commands, but will not work w/ the harmony. It works with the original remote though. All my other devices work perfectly. Any suggestsions? Thanks

when you tried learning the commands from your original remote did you try learning the commands raw? In the learning area click on Custom on the bottom right of the screen this will bring up an additional screen which will include Learn Raw

Did you also try all the commands in device mode?

If you mean changing them in the "device" window then yes. I have set up MANY different devices without a problem, but this projector REFUSES to work. I confirm the keys and the remote reads the infrared, but the harmony will not work with this projector.

No, I meant trying all the dataset commands from the 880 device mode (press the device button, then select the projector device).

When you did a "Confirm infrared commands" (under device > more options), did it find a better dataset match?
