I've been programming a client's 1000 and have a problem I've not experienced before. There are three devices that turn on when Watch TV is selected: Sony TV, Scientific Atlanta cable box, and NAD receiver. Almost without exception the last device in the list will not turn on (If the last device is receiver, it won't turn on If the last device is TV, it won't turn on.). You have to use help to get turn it on. Turn off seems to work OK. I've adjusted the setting depending on how quickly or slowly the last device responds and the setting regarding how long before the device responds to a command, all with no effect. Does anybody have any suggestions, besides getting a real remote and starting over. Thanks, David

Try increasing both the inter-device and inter-key delays. You may be a victim of the infamous delay bugs (criss-crossed and/or added together).

Thanks jlet, I've tried different settings for these values with no apparent effect. The customer has an NAD T763, and NAD's are notoriously buggy when using universal remotes. I set the values back to default and learned the on/off commands as raw and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for you help.
