I'm trying to program a Harmony for my non-technical parents. Since they live across the ocean, the web interface is a definite plus, as it allows me to program it remotely. However, it means that I cannot use the learning feature and have to rely on the Logitech database.
Unfortunately, their TV model does not seem to be in the database.
The model is Graetz GRLCD-37751HD.
It was probably manufactured specifically for that local market since I cannot find any mention of it on ther Graetz site.
Does anyone have an idea what compatible model to use?

I read on another forum that if you only use the last letter from the model instead of the entire model it will give you a list from which you can choose. You may have to drop them one at time to get any result.

Turns out that Vestel bought the Graetz brand. Using a similar Vestel model worked for me.
