I am having trouble getting the 880 to change the inputs on the PJ when changing to a differenct source. Has anyone been able to get this to work? I currently have to use the original remote to change the inputs.

Did you check to see how the projector is setup for input selection (Adjust Inputs). Make sure it matches the way you do it with the OEM remote. If necessary re-learn the necessary commands from the OEM remote (try it in regular mode first, then RAW mode).
