Hi - We just got the Harmony 659 remote. Cannot figure out how to get to our recorded programs on our Dish DVR. We hit "more activities" and pick "watch replay TV" and then screen shows: "Watch Replay TV" at top and on left side "Aspect" and "PgDown" and on the right side of the display "PgUp" and "Live TV." What are we missing here? Thanks!

Two things I can think of (although I'm using the 550 and have a Comcast DVR :)

1) Try "Menu". On ours that brings up a whole list, one of which is DVR -- when you click that, it takes you to a screen with your recordings, scheduled recordings, season passes, etc.

2) I "taught" the 550 the "MyDVR" button from the original Comcast remote. I used a free hard button on the 550, but you could use a soft button. Hitting this button takes us directly to the screen with the recordings, scheduled recordings, season passes, etc.

You can customize the Activity and map any of the DVR commands to any of the hard or soft (LCD) buttons. Each activity and each device has it's own unique button mappings. Figure out the command you want in Device mode, then map that to one of the activity buttons.

sounds like you have just taken the default LCD settings when setting this activity up. in your example are you talking about what appears on the LCD? sounds like it....

i have a dish dvr (722) and the 659. i have the DVR command from the 722 mapped to the MENU button - two quick presses and i'm at my recorded shows.

another thing- my activity - using the dish dvr s is mapped to WATCH TV, and is not under MORE ACTIVITIES - not sure why yours would be set up this way.

i just reread your post- i believe you need to review all your settings and as akirby said you can map the commands to any of the 659 buttons (except media). go to CUSTOMIZE Buttons and go from there. if you have any other questions let me know as i have both DISH and the 659 and i'll be glad to help as are many others on this board.

Well, to begin, a Dish DVR is not a ReplayTV. When you set up the remote, did you add a Dish DVR or a ReplayTV? And you will need to add a few custom buttons to the Watch Dish activity.
