i need help with my logitech harmony 890 remote control..i currently own the harmony 890 wich controls my my entertainment system via infa-red ..all the equipment is in another room, so i use it in the living room through the infa red eyes. my question is i just bought an ipod dock for my Onkyo reciever,(tx-sr850) how do i use this remote to control my ipod through ifa red. I want to be able to change the songs, playlist, etc. from the living room, while the ipod is in the bed room, without interupting any of my other functions.... help

Are you saying that you have an IR repeater that sends the IR signal to the other room? Or are you using the RF extender that comes with the 890 and it sends the IR signals to the equipment?

As for controlling it - does it have a separate remote or is it controlled from the Onkyo? If it has a remote then you just add it like any other device and you control it just like you're controlling the Onkyo - IR repeater or use the RF extender. If it's controlled by the Onkyo then just treat it like any other device - DVD player, etc.
