I just bought my Harmony One and charged it. I've installed the software. The software checked for updates and updated itself. I went through the wizards and added some of my devices and setup some activities. When I go to Update the remote it begins updating then it gives me the following error:
Unable to display content.
Click Next to continue.
Meanwhile the only thing this remote will do is show a slide show with pictures of the Harmony One.
In case someone asks, the software version is 7.4.2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have virus protection? I had to turn off mine to get the update remote to work. And even then it would hand out at one point everytime and I would have to click "OK" on the virus tool bar. I did change the virus settings and it works fine now.
