The display stopped working on my 676. Apparently the buttons still work since I can still control my equipment with the remote. The backlight also works. I tried reloading the software but that didn't fix it. The remote fell a few feet onto a soft carpet and after that it stopped working - but that gentle a fall shouldn't have killed the display.

Does anyone have any ideas on what else to try to get the display working again?

Did you also try to do a Firmware update? Sometimes doing a firmware update will fix a problem. If not call Logitech Support

Tighten the little screws that hold the two halves of the case together. Don't tighten too much, just so they're snug.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
