do me a favor and look at your remote and tell me if your lighting in the "Ch" hard button is more dim than the rest of the remote?

Mine is more dim on the "C" than the "h" but overall the "Ch" is more dim than the rest of the remote.

I was wondering if this is just my remote or that's just the way the remote is built.

i'll check the ch on mine when i get home. i've been meaning to post a similar issue. my "8" key is much more dim than the other numerical buttons; it's almost blacked out. did you happen to notice the same on yours?

I just looked and my "8" key is fine.

My entire remote looks perfect and the lights are a nice feature but the "Ch" on mine is dim compared to the others.

Interesting... All of mine are fine and illuminate equally bright eexcept for my EXIT and GUIDE buttons, which are a little dim by comparison. That is odd. It bears watching as I hope this will not progress.

I think we may not be alone. I wonder if we should call Logitech or accept it as a peculiarity of our individual H1s?

I took my One into a dark room and checked. All the labels are lit up well. I notice that Ch and Vol are slightly dimmer than the rest but even to each other. Overall it seems perfect.

after a second confirmation from another user that their 8 key was not dim like mine. i took the remote back to bb for an exchange. new remote's backlit keys are consistently bright with no anomalous dimness in any keys.

As "Joe" noted, the "Vol" and "Ch" on my H1 are a tad dimmer, but I have to assume it's because the text size on them is smaller than the other keys. Overall the brightness on the keys is very consistent in my option.
