I have a 1000 with a Motorolla QIP6416-2 Verizon Fios DVR. When I add this device and activity to the remote, I get no icons on the play home page after I run the "Watch TV" activity. I've tried to add the device as a PVR and a digital cable box with no luck on either. I can see the page up, page down, live TV, menu, guide, info, and exit buttons, but all are shaded over and do nothing when pushed (like there is no IR command programmed to the button). There are no buttons in the middle of the screen. Just a ghost circle with no icons on it. Any advice? Harmony tech support has been no help. I thought I'd ask the REAL professionals here.

Delete the "Watch TV" activity, then go back in add a new activity. Next choose 'no- manually add an activity to my setup'. Then choose 'Watch Television'. Now this next is the most important, choose 'Watch PVR'. After this just finish the setup and update the remote. If you don't choose 'Watch PVR' you won't get the play, pause, stop, etc.

Good luck!
