Try to connect to the web site with firefox, get "unable to display content". With or without the harmonymod plugin, same results. Apparently they have managed to arrange things (either deliberately or via gross incompetence) so that only their software will work now (I vote for gross incompetence - anyone who would design such impossible to navigate web pages is capable of any degree of stupidity :-).

I'm using their software. Received an update before running it. And I'm seeing the "unable to display content" when I try to go to "customize buttons." So you have not been singled out. :)

Funny... I get this:
DataModelDN.Lib error '80004003'
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
/EasyZapper/New/ProcLogin/Start.asp, line 133
when attempting to login w/ Firefox on Linux (which I've been doing for 2 years). I have never been able to update my remote this way, but I've been able to configure everything and then switch over to Windoze for the update.
Now, when selecting the member login link, I initially see this:
Software Update Available We have detected you are using a previous release of our client software. Please upgrade the software in order to make use of its enhanced features
when I press the NEXT button, I see the above error. Is anybody surprised by this? Considering that Logitech removes features without much concern about the users that are dependent on them, this doesn't come as much of a surprise to me. Maybe someday, someone will make at open source remote control and software.

I'm able to use Firefox today. Not IE tab, just Firefox. The site is slow as frozen molasses but I guess that's to be expected on Sunday.

I just started the software and they forced the 7.2.1 update on me.
The software hangs every few minutes when transitioning from one page to another. The hourglass appears and never goes away. Eventually, after 3 or 4 minutes, I give up, close it and restart it. I never saw this behavior with 7.2 and earlier software.
Im using IE7.
