I just set mine up. It seems to take longer for my Harmony 676 to respond than the OEM remote . The delay time is set to 100 (which I think is the lowest permitted) and the inter device delay was set at 2000 and I lowered it to 100 Any suggestions for speeding up the response time?

Did you setup the HR20 as a PVR using HR20-700 as the device name?

Yes. If you are referring to my previous post where I could not get the Harmony to work on the HR20, I figured out the problem. When the DVD guy installed it, he told me he had set the device to IR. In fact, he set it to RF. After I changed that setting, everything worked fine (except for the slow response time mentioned above).

Have you tried setting IK-Delay to 0?
