My dad purchased a demo model of this Tv which had no control, and the logitech database has pretty much every button except the "Fav. Input" button. I really need it too because otherwise I have to cycle through about 7 inputs.

Is there anyway I can get this button?

If you can find a Pronto Hex code or get the hex code from the mfr then support can add it for you. If you can find another remote that has it then you can learn it. If you can find someone who has already learned it to their account then support can copy it to your account.

Did you try all the commands in device mode? Sometimes the labels are misleading.

Thanks, but I looked in the Component Configuration Files section of this site and the AWA brand wasn't listed. Am I looking in the right spot? What is an mrf and where do i find them? Is there any way I can find out if anyone else has learned it to therir account?

I did try all the commands but unfortunately it wasn't there. If I had a laptop it may have been possible to see if a store would let me learn a command from one of their controls but unfortunately i dont.

BTW, is AWA rebranded model of another TV because they don't seem to have a website and I can't find much info on them on the internet.

EDIT: I found out that it is a decktron. Unfortunately the commands that appear in the logitech database are exactly the same as the awa models. Also the decktron brand isn't in the Component Configuration Files section either.

Support can tell you if anyone else is using that model and should be able to see if they have added that command.

Check the discrete hunter or pronto forums for pronto hex codes.
