I have two DirectTV boxes in my living room -- a HDDVR HR20-700S and an HD tuner H20-100.

PROBLEM: These two units use the EXACT SAME OEM remote. This means that one remote sends the same commands to both units.
DIRECT TV's solution is to program one of the units to respond only to commands sent in the "AV1" mode on the remote. That works just fine and is easy to do.
ISSUE: I cannot figure out how to program the Harmony 670 to control the H20 unit in "AV1" mode. It will only dowload the "DirectTV" command set.

Clearly, the IR codes for the DTV and AV1 modes are different, and the receiver is designed to work on one or the other, but I have no idea how to specify the AV1 code set using the website -- OTHER THAN LEARNING. I hate having to resort to that, I greatly prefer the computer programming method.

I would know exactly what to do with a JP1 capable One for all Remote, but I am new to Harmony.

Suggestions?

Confirm IR Language under each device using the correct OEM remote. It will ask you to press a few buttons which it will use to determine the correct address (AV1 for the HR20).
