I just purchased the Harmony 1000 and had a quick question. When I pick the remote up and turn it upside down - I can hear a rattle - like something is moving inside. Is that normal? I just want to make sure nothing came loose during shipping.
During normal operation - I never hear the rattle. Overall, the remote appears to be working fine.

That is the tilt sensor for activating the back light
