i can update the rf extender, and computer knows its pluged into a 1000 but just sit on queing request any ideas

These steps are for operation from a PC computer, try disabling your security settings, pop-up blockers, firewalls. Also try deleting all your temp-internet files, cookies..............also take the batteries out of the remote, prior to hucking it up to your USB cord.
