I am looking for the descriptions of the commands when adding an action to an activity. Most of the commands are self explanatory, like menu, exit, DirectionDown. There are a couple that I'm not sure what they do. Are there any resources that describes what the commands do for each device.

no - you just have to try them in Device mode to see what they do if you're not sure.
