Hi
This is my first post to this forum.
I am having trouble getting the 880 to learn the AUSTAR button (Austar, Australian Pay) successfully. I have used learn command but it still does not work?
Also, for one of my activities 'Watch Topfield' I can no longer customise the buttons. It just says 'Cannot display page' whereas this does work for other activities.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

1) Try teaching the AUSTAR button in RAW mode (click "custom" at the bottom of the page). 2) You "Watch Topfield" activity might be toasted. Delete it, then re-add it.

Thank you for the help. I have now used RAW mode to learn the Austar command and this works great. I had only used 'Learn Command' before and had not realised the Custom option at the bottom of the page was another method of 'learning'.
However I have not been able to fix the "Cannot Display Content' error when I try to use customise behaviour of buttons within my Watch Topfield activity. I deleted the actitivity as well as the device that was unique to this activity and re-added them. It is still the same and only occurs within this activity, all the others are fine. I ended up calling support (in Australia) and he was able to view the problem but not fix it so it has been escalated. Hopefully they will call with a resolution this week.
Any further ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you Julie
