i was reading another post and i guess the logitech website has changed. Personally i hate it but i'm also having trouble.

When i try to customize buttons, and then click "additional buttons" i get a message saying

"unable to display content".

whats wrong? anything to do with my browser?

I haven't seen this problem (yet) using Firefox on Linux and/or Windoze. Presumably it should work properly with IE since that is Logitech's browser of choice. Are you using another browser?

firefox 2 is installed and IE7. neither work for me :( , ive tried using the software and going through the logitech website on both browsers.

anything to do with cookies or pop up blockers do you think?

edit> i am also on vista but i doubt that should make a difference?

I had this problem for almost a day. As a matter of fact, one time while configuring it logged me out and reset everything I had done to default.

Once it corrected itself. all worked fine. With IE6, btw.

I can only think I they were redoing the website when I was on and I got caught in it. I would try it again to se if your account is now back to normal.

Don't feel bad. I just updated my program, made a few minor tweaks now, all my transport controls are missing or greyed out on the screen. Tried setting it back to previous settings, no luck. This was this morning after not being able to update last night at all. I'll deal with this Monday.

Could have something to do with the names of your commands. I used to get a strange error when i tried to add "5.1" as a favorite channel. The harmony website does not allow non-numeric characters in channel assignments.

And why did rename the LOGIN button to NEXT ? And why can't they fit the Name/Password/Next button on a single page at 1024x758 without having to scroll down.. terrible..

I am getting the same response. Under activities, if I select customize buttons, I get a page that says "Unable to Display Content". This is with their application software and not the web interface. I talked to technical support and they suggested I wait a couple of hours. That did not help.

I should add that the website does not work for me either. I can customize buttons for all of my old devices but I cannot customize buttons for a new Oppo DVD play which I added to my system yesterday. I then deleted this new device and added my old dvd player and I could not customize the buttons for it either. Previously, I could.
