I have a panny 52lcx66 tv that has discrete codes for all but HDMI, apparently. I don't know the hdmi discrete code is not in the harmony database but every other input is. Is there a way to find out it is, or use the hdmi discrete code from another similar panasonic tv that has one listed? I'm new to the remote and am getting frustrated by the software limitations...I just want to tell it what to do directly instead of through effingg wizards.

Go into Device mode and try all the commands to see if it's really there. It may not exist. In a lot of cases the TV mfr is still using the old IR codes that were developed before the HDMI inputs.
If you can find a command that works (another model or a pronto hex code) you can get support to add it to your account. Or if you can get it on another remote you can teach it to the harmony. If it's not available then you have to use an alternate method.
This has nothing to do with wizards - you'd have this same problem with any other universal remote as well.

You might be able to create a pseudo discrete command using the nearest discrete input command followed by one or mode "InputNext" command. However, the new S/W no longer has the provision to send more than one command. So you will need another learning remote to teach it a sequence of commands in RAW mode. The new S/W still has the RAW mode (custom) option - thank God.
