I just ordered a Harmony 1000 and RF extender from HIDef Lifestyle and had to share the excellent service expereince. I had a few questions via email and the replaied very prompltly. I ordered online with some promotional pricing and had some difficulty getting the price to come through. One phone call and they undated my order online as we spoke. Great folks, now just have to wait for the product and the fun begins.

UPDATE - Received the 1000 and RF extend today. Standard ground shipping and made it in 3 business days. Again great people to do business with. I've got the 1000 in the charger and will configure it tonight.

I have had problem with Harmony 880 Base station and they sent me a new one with much fuss..... great service...
