Sorry to post again but here is my question. Im torn between the Harmony 670 and 880. All I really want it for is MY HR20-700 High Def DVR from Directv, My Panny Plasma and Yamaha RXV793 receiver. My Yamaha uses discrete codes for on and off so I'm not sure if the 670 and 880 can do this? Can I get some input please? Im considering getting a new receiver to replace my Yamaha RXV793 so Im not sure which one I'll buy if it makes a difference.

IMO - the 670 wins hands down for button placement, unless you just have to have the large color screen and rechargeable battery (if so you should look at the 720 also). Inside they're all the same and use the same IR database - no differences there. You shouldn't have any problem controlling any of your equipment with any harmony remote.
