I have a new iMac (just a few months old), the latest OS X software, a brand new H895 with the latest firmware, and the most recent 7.0.2 Harmony Remote Software.
Yet, during the last 4 days since I received the remote, and after about 10 hours of setup and tweaking, I have experienced numerous lockups and freezes.
The remote has frozen 3-4 times when removing the USB cable after completing an update, requiring the battery to be taken out to force a reset.
The software program on the Mac also locks up completely at irregular intervals, and not only when the USB cable is connected. I have had to force quit the application 6-7 times to proceed.
Is this only happening to me, or is it "normal" behaviour?

I have a PC and have the same problem with the software! Altough the remote (880) works fine, a lot of times, when I disconect the usb cable my computer freezes...
No idea of what it is or how to solve it...
