I don't need to change inputs on my tv because it all runs thru the av receiver. How can I skip this step? Thanks Michael

Remove all the inputs under Device > More options > Adjust Inputs.

If it won't let you remove all of them, just put in one and use that for everything (and tell it the TV remembers the last input on power on).
