Just grabbed a harmony and wanted to use my Lexicon CP-3 which I lost the remote for. The harmony had very few features avalaible i.e. vol, effect but the rest of the features are missing.

There is a file on this site for the Lexicon CP-3 with a CML extension am I able to use this file to upload it to my remote?

If I had the remote for this device I could learn it but I don't so whats the best way of doing this?

Thanks

Try a slightly different model or buy/borrow the original remote.

I guess my main question was - can any of the files that are in the FILES sections be used on this remote "somehow".

Harmony tech support has access to the database and they can assist you with that. The device should be listed when you start the setup through the members web site.
