Circuit City talked me into buying a harmony 670 remote knowing that I had no computer at home. They said there would be no problem, for a small fee they would program it for me. We paid them to set-up an entire entertainment system. He fast talked his way through everything and of course at that moment all went well. A couple of days later we started having problems. Of course we never got the CD or instructions for the remote and Circuit City claims they don't have them. Is there a way to reprogram this without instructions and a CD ?

Yes but will need a computer and internet access. All the necessary files (user manual, S/W, F/W, FAQs) can be downloaded from the Logitech/Harmony site.
