How do you program at a customers house if you have no internet?Can you program without this?

Well only suggestion I have is to take the model numbers and enter info on your comp. or bring a laptop with you and do it while you are there
No it cannt be done without the interface from the net.

You can program it ahead of time on your computer but you won't be able to make any changes onsite, nor can the customer make changes later or reload the configuration. It's an internet powered remote.
